2025-2026 School Year

• Students eligible for Kindergarten must be born in 2020 and 5 years old on or before 9/1/25.
• Students eligible for Transitional Kindergarten (TK) must be 4 years old by 9/1/25.

Required Documents

1. Proof of Age: One of the following is required:

• Certified copy of a birth certificate or statement by the local registrar or county recorder certifying the date of birth
• Duly attested baptism certificate
• Passport 

If none of these documents are available, an affidavit of the parent/guardian certifying the date of birth may be accepted. 

2. Proof of Residency: Must provide one (1) current document showing the parent or legal guardian’s name and current address.

Acceptable forms of residency verification include:

• Utility bill
  (PG&E, SMUD, water, garbage, etc.)

• New home sales agreement or rental agreement
  A current utility bill must be provided within 30 days.

• Property tax receipt

• Voter registration

• Pay stub

• Correspondence from a government agency

• Notarized Declaration of Residency

3. Immunization Records: All immunizations listed by grade level below must be given to the child prior to approval of your registration submission.

Required Immunizations

Grade TK-12 Admission:
4 Polio, 5 DTaP, 3 Hep B, 2 MMR, 2 Varicella

Grade 7-12th
TK-12 doses, plus 1Tdap

No shots? No records? No school. All immunizations listed below must be given to the student before completing the registration process. For more information on TK-12 student immunizations, visit the California Department of Public Health's Shots for School website.  Please note, some doctors prefer not to give the final Polio, DPT & MMR until right before school starts for TK and kinder students. At the time of registration, we will accept an appointment card with the date the boosters will be given (appointment must be before the start of school) and require proof of immunization post-appointment.

To request a Residency Authorization Affidavit, contact any of our school offices or the district office. You can either pick up a hard copy in person or request that one be emailed to you.
